1. Summary
VANZZACLU Photoluminescent Pigment does not contain any type of radiation absorbing, storing and emitting all light sources This high luminescent product can be used for semi-permanent purposes according to its usage and storing method.
2. Special features
1) Harmless without containing any radiation material.
2) High brightness with good halo effect.(continuity)
3) High resistance against deformation in high temperature (400℃) maintaining the performance.
Since the product has been stably crystallized in high temperature the photoluminescent property can   be preserved with superior anti chemical property in high (1,200℃) and low (-20℃) temperatures.
The photoluminescent and illuminant performances are preserved semi-permanently with no deterioration even under direct sunlight.
4) Various selections by colors, particles and brightness.
Using the Photoluminescent Pigment correct color you desire for your product can be selected.
Fine particle size ranged from 25㎛(3~4m/m).
Normally bigger particles show better brightness but proper size should be selected for its usage.

5. Usage of high brightness Photoluminescent Pigment

1) Mixed use with synthetic resin
The product can be used with most of synthetic resins for moldings.
The materials colors of transparency, white, yellow and green which do not effect to afterglow of high brightness Photoluminescent Pigment are preferable.
2) With Paint
The product can be used with paint. White background color is preferable. The more content of high
brightness Photoluminescent Pigment and the thicker coating achieve the more brightness.
3) With Ink
The product can be used with ink for drawing, screen print, sticker or cloth printing. As this type of ink requires higher portion of high brightness Photoluminescent Pigment, the coupling agent to prevent particles from sinking should be added.
4) Position recognition marks
Electrical switches, power outlets, emergency lanterns, stairways, roadway signboards, exit marks, fire extinguishers, fire alarms and other safety devices
5) Safety marks
For vessels, wharfs, hospitals, hotels, subways, signs, hats, helmets, shoes, uniforms, traffic lights and others.
6) Advertisement & decoration
Advertisement materials, signboards, wallpapers, stage settings, accessories, sales promotions, elevator decorations, wall paintings, tiles and other decorating products.
7) Others
Stickers including vehicle stickers, fishing rods, stationeries, golf balls, beach balls, night game devices and many others
