1. Summary
This Photoluminescent product "VANZZACLU" stores sunlight, fluorescent light and other ultra violet rays and emit light in the dark area to guide people along with exit signs.
The plastic plate does not get any restriction by Polymer.
Basic materials are PE,PP and ABS with colors of green,blue,red Other materials and colors are also available by orders.
The product has longer afterglow duration 5 to 8 hours while conventional domestic product has only 20 minutes with superior durability. The performance is not deteriorated in even extreme conditions keeping consistent light absorbing and emitting.
These Photoluminescent type products are used for devices for fire safety,industrial safety,facility safety and roadway safety in over 60 countries worldwide. Many of new products are being developed in North America and Europe using the technology while Korea made its first step recently expecting newly growing domestic market.

Pigment in injection molding can be completely resolved.

noctilucence material.
4) The cycle of light absorption and emitting is semi-permanent.
5) Since the M/B is in the condition of being impregnated in the resin system,no pigment shattering is expected and accordingly no contamination generated.
6) No dispersion problem is expected from the gravity differences when handling the product.
7) According to brightness requirement in injection molding transparent resin can be mixed and various resin M/B ranges enable you easy selection for each usage.
8) Totally harmless without having heavy metals or radioactivity materials.

Since the M/B is in the condition of being highly impregnated in the resin system, no pigment shattering is expected for better workability and accordingly no contamination generated.
